A few reasons.
Not enough buying on the news.
Still some sellers out there that may be holding JUST to sell us down.
A lot of short sighted traders want instant movement, so they sell the news.
However, as more things develop out of their beginning stages with BLDV, and into solid foundations, none of the above will matter.
Some of the best/strongest runners that sustain themselves are plays you must wait for. Not the instant momo movement plays.
Just by reading all the PRs BLDV puts out you can clearly see the company has a vision, direction, and a determined plan to accomplish it's goals. And it will get there! When it does... The people holding now will look like the smart patient ones. Others will be wishing they had 002s
I've been holding this since 0002 when hardly anyone was posting months ago later year. But I could see the vision and value that would be coming to BLDV and I can still see it.
We will eventually be over a penny and much higher. The patients will pay.
The day to day is just still water.... it will eventually boil.
