Can't argue with anything you just said, but the fact that they just announced that George Sharp is working for them makes me think that they are not totally blind to the problem and working towards fixing it. And I do believe that they act on certain promotions like the mailers on $EPTI. And I don't believe that the SEC comes to them first. The SEC, like the FBI, does not talk about their investigations and certainly not to a for profit entity like OTCM.
