If our Computerized infrastructure needs cyber-security protection it only stands to reason that our autonomous vehicles would need it also. Everyone knows this and that is why is has been on the news and why Congress is working to craft the framework that will ultimately lead to regulations for Self-Driving Vehicles...

Because there are so many aspects surrounding the onset of autonomous vehicles to consider, Latta explained that "we want to make sure we get it right. [This] is a huge issue, so we need to make sure we get it right."
