When the question was asked he paused expecting Jeff to answer that question and Rory responded hesitantly assuming it didn't. Don't think that doesn't make Rory credible.
That is easily explained. No new shares were issued but existing shares were had their restrictions removed and registered. So more free trading shares but no change in total issued and outstanding.
