However, from reading the content of the 8-K, it is really an 8-K/A as it amends information previously filed in both an 8-K AND 8-K/A that were filed prior to the termination of reporting obligations under the Form 15.
The new filing was incorrectly filed as an 8-K instead of an 8-K/A.
But they fact they did file something correcting information contained in a 4-year old regulatory filing only has 1 explanation - regulators are asking questions of the Company and probing their veracity. Otherwise, no filing would have been needed, nor given.
