One big final piece is the change away from BDC status, and along with that process, presumably removing the cloud of SEC involvement due to their non-compliance issues (with the BDC regs).
No matter what the share price, I imagine there will be the same shareless cast of characters on this board.
There might be a temporary scattering, but the higher AMEP goes, the more potential for shorting it back down. So, IMO they'll be right back - doing what they do.
