Normally, a RS is neutral; YES; but the looming RS is the third one!

If you look at the company´s history, how can a RS NOT be negative?????

3) It has revenue now (which it had NOT at the previous RS)

5) It has a commercial product READY for partnering the Exosome based all solid cancer blood test.
6) It has way more potential base value in pipeline (Biomarkers, Bavi, etc)
7) It still holds ALL the PS-Targeting related IP 100% UNENCUMBERED
8) It has a growing network of supporters in PS-targeting
- KOL's
- NCCN, Memorial SK, WISTAR, MOFFIT, etc
- Dr. Wolchok, Dr. Birge and other prominent professors and authors
- Papers and peer reviewed papers
- Several dozen of collaborators (of which several are public now)
- etc
9) It OWNS Avid I, II and in a few months Avid III (6 award winning state-of-the art biosimilar production facilities)
10) It has 70+Mil$ backorders in this growing and exploding market
11) Increased Avid II with 2x2000L reactor for Halo/Roche contract which virtually DOUBLED the Avid II capacity.
12) It cut down on R&D cost of type PIII clinical trials and started PI/II types that partners will take over (which is a good strategy).
13) It has a very low outstanding short-interest

The RS is an indisputable neutral operation, everybody that says otherwise doesn't understand what it is. It is what happens AFTER the RS (good news, bad news, no news, PPS manipulation up, down, etc that will decide what the impact of the RS was). However the SUSTAINABLE PROFIT in 2018 will of course only be split over the NEW amount of shares. And of course the RS must take place first and even the LAST DAY the change remains 50/50.

As for all the Russel nonsense I have read on the board after I was back: PPHM will NOT make the Russel because the market capital is NOT the only parameter. You need to be compliant with the exchanges listing criteria which PPHM under 1$ is not. AIMO

"They want to claim that Avid can fund the development"

Where did they claim this? What they are doing is stopping development so they can show a profit. Result should be the same, no dilution, but they are not funding development. All of their attempts to get a drug through trials have failed and they have given up on trials. They will let somebody else try if they like.
