The RS is a non issue.

The problem with RSs in general is that they are often signs of a failed company that will continue to need to raise cash, and so the price continues to drop with future dilution.

The real issue is keeping future dilution under control.

PPHM is now Avid plus a startup bio. They want to claim that Avid can fund the development.

Now prove it. And if so, any RS will not matter.
