Tut, tut. Please understand the bigger picture.

Seth was building/nurturing, a long-term financings relationship with a trusted lender. This could be key, for TAUG's upcoming rapid expansion.

Or it could be another negligent use of shareholder's investments.

maybe next time you should loan the company funds at better terms. my bet is that transaction will be a pimple in a footnote compared to the great things coming up.

Oh....but I forgot this lawsuit will not fly, TAUG should have known the auditors committed an unlawful act, there are no rules that state an auditor should communicate with a client and return its work papers and do everything possible to assist the client when there is a breach of independence, lets not forget Seth was in on it, this is a good one, Cowan was not notified well in advance of the censure which would have given TAUG plenty of time to cure the breach (lol), TAUG is a shell (LOL)........

Who stated this lawsuit will not fly HAHAH
