#34289 RE: Jasik Enterprises #34288

You seem to have more insight than anyone else here about the situation between Quality Roofing, Inc. and Enviro-Serv, Inc., so I'd like to pick your brain... (if you don't mind)

I can tell you unequivocally that Dick Jenkins will not be taking his company public, EVER and would NEVER merge with EVSV.

This is a very bold statement. Personally, I think the Joint Venture is a huge step in that direction. If they plan on pursuing profitability together, and assuming EVSV can evolve into a business worthy of a mutual merger agreement, why wouldn't this be an option later on down the road? Just because Quality Roofing, Inc. has a $18MM market cap (although I believe it's much larger than that), doesn't automatically insinuate that an actual IPO is the best option in terms of going public. In fact, reverse mergers are notably easier to complete and generate much higher market value overall, which is why even Warren Buffett chose a similar entry into the stock market.

SS is out of control and needs a 1:10 reverse split.

How so? I believe that Trina has a plan to grow EVSV in a way that will eventually validate the size of the share structure. Enviro-Serv, Inc. is much greater than a standalone pest control operation, and the Joint Venture with Quality Roofing, Inc. is a major stepping stone to further growth and expansion into new markets and a variety of revenue-generating possibilities.

And to what extent do you think the joint venture between quality roofing and EVSV is, and to what end.
Mr. Jenkins seemed VERY interested in working with EVSV
