Not saying that EVSV will not become something special, in fact I'm here now due to it's potential.

I can tell you unequivocally that Dick Jenkins will not be taking his company public, EVER and would NEVER merge with EVSV. He's a well known individual with a multi-generational company with $18MM cap and decades of being in business in the Greater Tampa Area. I assure that "cash-cow" will not be tampered with, besides, with a $18MM market cap, they would be talking an actual IPO.

I really want to like this stock, especially at it's current pps and it's performance into the future. SS is out of control and needs a 1:10 reverse split. I hate saying that with ppl having positions already, but where the pps is at, better time than not.
