I am only posting in response to how can Josh run a company from thousand miles a way?

First, I work in a company that is effectively ran by a board that is in different country. Heck, they are on another continent. So, it can be done!

Second, Josh also said that he is looking to add members. More members means more resources to assure standards. Until then, he doesn't have to worry about a payroll that is of financial greatness. As BLDV grows, so will the board and it's staff.

This will come. The only question that should be pondering is "when?".
