"$7 million revenue" is meaningless..."net income/profits" is what matters. Even that is irrelevant unless you're implying Eltron is looking to go public via a reverse merger with BLDV. Only then will THEIR revenue & profits have any relevance to investors.

All anyone knows --from company PR's-- is that::

(a) Eltron has invented a portable generator to create peracetic acic --a common, readily available, widely used cleaning/disinfectant solution used by Cannabis-Clean) and--

(b) Eltron has granted Cannabis-Clean/BLDV exclusive rights to use their generator IN COLORADO ONLY and--

(c) BLDV claims to be relocating it's corporate headquarters (the one currently run from the tiny residential condo in Chicago allegedly at a rent of "$1.00 per year." No word on what the rent will be (if any), the terms of the lease, whether this will basically be a mail drop, or whether Joshua Alper plans to move from Chicago to Colorado. I'm not sure how Chairman/ President/ CEO/ CFO/ Treasurer/ Secretary/ Director Alper can effectively run BLDV from 1,020 miles away... or 2,700 miles away from AMS in Canada.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
