Concerning PLUG why spread Fake news.

A company like PLUG that has a $100m+ revenue business based on its proven reliable fuel cells is going to be very hard to convince that it is economically viable to include new fuel cells.

Plug does not have 100 million plus dollar business as of today? 85.9 million 2016 with a very very weak first quarter.

Plug has not shown in 20 years that it is an economically sound investment as it has lost nearly a billion dollars since it's inception.

PLUG has never shown a profit in those 20 years of operation with the old fuel cell so changing to a new cheaper to produce one would be very economically favorable to them.

The Mantra board will not be closed after to day it will be transformed to Spectrum Global Solutions, similar to how the fuel cell industry is transforming from the old PLUG style fuel cell to the new membrane-less ones.

You are confusing apples with oranges.

Mvtg-Syn gas from the Mvtg-ERC is part hydrogen, I wonder if Plug could use that, or if Mvtg hydrogen might be more cost effective than Plug hydrogen?

The Mvtg fuel cells can run on formic acid, whose waste product is CO2 gas. Plug's hydrogen source is from burning and extracting hydrogen from Ch4 methane gas, that both leave behind a larger CO2 foot print than Mantra's formic acid that was made from waste CO2 and solar power.

The newest iteration of the Mvtg fuel cell uses formate salt, the by product of energy production using the formate salt is a product itself that can be sold at high value. potassium formate, or using the Mvtg ERC it can converted right back into the formate salt fuel for the Mvtg fuel cell.

The Titanic iceburg writing is on the wall for PLUG!!!! Plug fuel cells cost 5 times more than the new kid on the block's fuel cell.
