We all know Imbutek will be the "parent company" we all also agree as a startup it's best to put your efforts into generating revenue. So yes has it taken awhile to get the official company name changed?? Is it better Mersky puts his time and energy and resources into tasks and partnerships to create income??
End of the day Noho owns the Imbutek trademark so they can call themselves Imbutek all day long BECAUSE they (Noho inc) own it!!!!!!!
