Misinterpreted or challenged?

We know Imbutek is only a website, there is no trademark.
We know "Imbutek" can not legally make any deals as they are a non entity.
We know there is no fireside chat as promised.
We know there is no live video feed of call center as promised.
We know there is no audited financials as promised.
We know there is massive dilution as per the latest 10Q
We know there is over 8.2 Billion shares OS as per the latest 10Q
We know there is missing updates as to recent lawsuits as promised
We know there is minimum if any sales of NOHO shot as per week over week stockage levels of Amazon, and Bevmo Stores.
We know there is zero new production of Noho shot.
We know there has been no update as to their international sale PR as promised.
We know that the majority of PR's have been a smoke screen only and in conjunction with massive shares being dumped - see daily trades vs PR dates.
We know they have almost no cash, as per latest 10Q
We know they have almost no sales, as per latest 10Q
We know all the other divisions that were acquired/pr'd have no sales as per latest 10Q.
We know Iwire.com is a Mersky entitiy and Iwire.Net is directly linked to Iwire.com for any "login" information.
We know other than Noho shot product and "software sales" Nothing else is making any money as per latest 10Q.
We know current management took over in 2016 with miserable results and promised updates which have not taken place.

So when in doubt, read all the PR's, realize what hasn't taken place, then read the latest 10Q. That is all one needs to know.
