The DOD cant choose SFOR,

SFOR is not eligible to do business with the federal govt.

Look up, sam Registration. Theirs has been inactive for 7 years.

Alot of mis-information posters here will tell you that doesn't matter, yet if you do the DD, and check

"YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE GOVERNMENT."

So as good as this DOD hype sounds, it's all that HYPE, for a company that isn't even eligible to do business with the DOD.
