That is an interesting idea... They could even have speed dating, where singles can play a short game with someone and rotate though different people. Encouraging laughter and interaction is a great way to setup a date... which is why Snakes is already considered such a great date spot!
The only thing is, Snakes has no problem filling up seats. These ideas are great for places that are looking for ways to increase evening traffic, which is not an issue... unless it can done on off peak hours/days
