This private company also has the resources to finance the future expansion that will be required for AMS to stay competitive in the Canadian market.

Thanks hispeedsoul for sharing this great article that is relevant due to the following integrated factors:

1. This article is timely to demonstrate the various catalysts such as demand for MMJ in Canada and concerns over supply shortage. I think these catalysts are brewing the perfect storm for AMS to receive without delay financing and final stage regulatory approval for its cultivation warehouse.

2. Also notice in the CC extract above how, in line with the article you are sharing, BLDV is mentioning that future expansion will be required for AMS to remain competitive. I think they are recognizing that size and volume will be required to keep up with future demand; this is a win-win opportunity for AMS and BLDV.

3. The fact that BLDV is stating that the private company has the resources to finance future expansion means that the financing company's financing capability and size is sufficient.

4. Stervc's post here about the potential $12 million financing for AMS is also insightful in terms of how the acquisition of AMS is on favourable terms for BLDV (another win-win):

To summarize, I think AMS for BLDV is the right acquisition, in the right industry, at right time, for the right MMJ growth potential as part of the right perfect storm.

Thanks again hispeedsoul.

Go BLDV!
