About BLDV Acquisition of AMS & $12 Million Funding...

The $12,000,000 to fund the AMS operations and growth is 100% non-dilutive.

BLDV will use restricted shares to complete the acquisition of bring AMS under them as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Again, the $12,000,000 to fund AMS will be 100% non-dilutive.
