Thanks - so it looks like the new conversion price is 25 cents lower.
I wonder why IDCC provided the 6/21/2017 update to the convertible note conversion rate. To my recollection, there was no comparable notification during 2016 and I am not aware of any requirement to provide such an update to the conversion rate. Why now?
