Let look at the facts.

First, there is no dilution. Period.

The O/S as of June 14 2017 is 93,231,633, down from 93,911,633 EOY 2016. Isnt that the exact opposite of dilution BTW?

Second, even if Oncolix were to dump their shares, it would only increase the float. That is not dilution.

Third, Oncolix cant just dump all their shares into the float because they need them to maintain controlling interest in AEPP.

Hope that clears things up for anyone who is perplexed by share structures, controlling interests, stock trading in general, or simple math.
