Im not sure how much the new company will help the current company stock to grow. The way i see it is that, with the new dividend, we will have a part in the growth of a new company without having to invest anything else other than what we invested in AMFE. What makes this so exciting is that The CEO thinks that the potential of the new acquisition could rival that of S&L. So this dividend has the potential to be worth much more than a regular dividend without creating any risk to our current position.
