Could be they are caught up on their filings and are already approved for relisting and are just waiting to get some money in the bank. That way WHEN the stock starts trading, .003 will be a long way back in the rear view mirror. Maybe you should take Oddball's(Kelly's Hero's) advice and stop with all the negative vibs.
