He didn't tell you that COHO, in one of it's earlier lifetimes, while calling itself "Cooper Holding Company" managed to get a "Deposit Chill" placed on the stock. It has never been removed and some few brokers still don't allow trading of the stock.

I emailed him a few days ago and was told the same. I believe it's going to huge news... 40,000,000 shares have disappeared from the O/S in the last week alone ( Orie's not talking BUT he really can't until a pr is posted for all to see )
