So I just called and spoke to the ceo Orie directly about why I could buy from my Schwab account, but not from ameritrade or optionshouse. Super nice guy, he said when they acquired COHO it wasn't a company that fully reports per the SEC, but they're working on it. He also said they're coming out with news soon.

He also said anyone can feel free to call him with any questions 818 465 1295. GLTA
