I can understand that. I believe this stock has done enough splits that FINRA got fed up with it. It's good they crack down on repeat offenders..IMO

I believe the DTC chill goes away after all the corporate changes are approved. That would be a brand new company with no association to either the old management, or the old business plan.

Maybe someone who knows can explain what happens post name and ticker change.
