Wow ninersax. Did you read the filings? Zero liabilities, period.

I even provided a screenshot so there can be no further debate on the topic.


Expenses incurred by AEPP during the course of normal operations are not considered or reported as debt or a liability.

Anyone claiming otherwise is either knowingly posting incorrect information, or ignorant of the facts.

Just like we were told weeks ago that the AEPP PPS recovery was just a "technical bounce" and that it would move lower.

AEPP has advanced from those levels.

In fact, when I asked what "technicals" were being used to make such a prediction, I received no reply.

Makes me seriously doubt that some people can even grasp the concept of what a "technical bounce" actually is.

I remember speculation that both companies needed to release two years of financials. That was incorrect.

And speculation that there is some kind of 60 day regulation by the government regarding reverse mergers. Also, incorrect.

Wasn't there some speculation of price manipulation or the PPS being held up artificially or manipulated because of small blocks? Also demonstrated to be incorrect.
