Sounds like a hint that shareholders have once again been defrauded because there is no one at the former plant. MW and his favored insiders have turned this into a private company and shareholders have been completely abandoned.
People should sue for fraud. MW may not have money, but some of MW's favored insiders do. Shareholders would be better off pursuing all of them before Adelstein bankrupts the whole sorry bunch.
