I am just stating my opinions based on the past performance of the company.

They have thus far shown to be delinquent, negligent, non-transparent, and disrespectful to shareholders.

Until they demonstrate otherwise they are simply an OTC POS

A 2 year hold on a pink sheet, none reporting subpenny stock with an A/S of 2.1 BILLION which hasn't been updated in almost 3 years, no telling what the A/S and O/S now. SPCL's ship has long since sailed
