True, but not very many funds will touch penny stocks. They invest in NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, etc. not much in OTC. More correctly, it's more uplisting to these exchanges opens up to Funds.
The uplisting will bring in lots of new investors who want the audited financials. It will increase he volume. How many times have we heard people here complain about the "unaudited financials". They know this will help bring in more investors. ICNB
