Every situation is different but when VNDM is on the ask it usually means they are diluting but we know they are not diluting bc the ss has not changed in sometime and VNDM moves as soon as he is hit with a buy so to see that mm move to the bid side is a plus nothing more nothing less GLTU $DTII
