Thanks Boris, if so it really makes his ruling more personal, he will be looking for a list of individual investors. This list would have to be generated by DB I assume.
How and who will provide this 30 notice needs to take place before June 27 providing this 30 day requirement.
My question is who is required to give notice. Is it FDIC? DB Trustee? Our LT? Or from the DTC?
I have emailed all groups explaining as a Preferred and Common shareholder I feel we are next in line for dividend distribution. I asked that same question from each - who and how will this notice get provided.
If I get any response I will post it, but feel if it come it will be on June 27th the last minute.
