What makes you think a court ever "requested" mining data from CMN Tibby? Because JRLopehandia said so? I think you could search for that "request" on the Chilean court website until the cows come home and you'd never find it.
Maybe you should ask Jorge to post the link showing that particular court request so that we can all follow up on it.
Just out of curiosity, does anyone have an update on the status of this? Those who provided funds must be waiting in eager anticipation...
