I offer 20,000 to IFUS in return for a bottomless convertible note that starts at 2 billion shares and could max out at 37 billion. The company will be incinerated in the New Jersey case. It is obvious that Walthers defrauded DeBlaise, just like he tried with Adelstein ... and lost a Federal Judgement for several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The best thing that could happen to IFUS investors is to have Adelstein and Scivoletto take over the company ... though I'm pretty sure they don't want it.
