It's quite simple really,
Ed explained it very well in the audio.....
The US along with other established countries have been taking in trillions of dollars in profits every year thru the ACH system!
Why on earth would they want that to stop lol

What he's saying is, banks don't want to move the money faster. They want to hang on to it as long as possible to collect overnight interest.
