That is an absurd and ridiculous explanation by Starrs.

So, not one small bank in the entire country wants to become the leader and adopt this amazing technology and separate themselves from the big guys because this technology and app is just so good that consumers will flock to it. No, the company's explanation is that all the banks (thousands) have all colluded because they make money off of ACH so they will just stick with it. Oh, but didn't we hear for the last 3 years how bad ACH is from the company? Now it's great so banks want to use it?
