I'm sure they will get all they can..... whatever that amount may be....if it was just one company that would one thing....looks like they have 13 on the hook.

They will certainly settle for an amount that is less than what a jury would require them to pay if they lost a trial. But still a lot of money will change hands. The difference shouldn't be significant to the final value.
