Fwiw- Waller has nothing to do with the 'state of the union'. It doesn't matter where his loyalties lie. The important thing is/are the patents and if they hold up. Big $$ is banking they will and so should all investors/believers. There is no point in down playing the company structure. This is a poker match, you're either in or not. If not you have no voice at the table imo.
