g, someone commented on the technology or IP that he may take for himself if this company gets revoked and dissolves. This has nothing to do with egregious salaries or vacations.
Any assets belong to the issuer and should be distributed to the debt holders and subsequently to the shareholders, if any...not to the CEO...just because he said so.
