They started process to get off compliance with sec. It appears he will go dark from having to keep up with the high costs of auditors etc. jmo

It does not matter. The stock will be revoked long before the Form 15 becomes effective.

Some other SEC registrants suspended for delinquent filings have tried the Form 15 route, and every single one has been revoked. He essentially just told the SEC he does not now, nor ever did, have any intention of completing the delinquent filings.
