As long as there are dreams and greed I doubt that will ever happen. There is no question this is one of many cycles I have observed where the entire penny market is down for a while and then it goes up for a while, etc.. seems to happen each year at least once.
Am hoping to simply find a site that shows otc/pink total market daily volume over time.
