Also who is to say this can't happen again in the future? As Roger pointed out, Interlock chugs along making money and keeps from needing extra financing , dilution etc. It's the seed money that allowed Snakes to develop along with Grozone until such time now Snakes can fund Grozone. Now Interlock starts the formula again using profits to bootstrap a new company. Maybe it's directly related maybe it's not but we know he has an eye and vision for profitable growing companies.
A couple years down the road, The new company doesn't need more seed money and spin it off again!

never sure what to make of these numbers but...if there is a divy and they are short over 61 million shares then they need to buy them back or pay the divy attached to each share. hold em tight boys because every dirty trick in the book is coming if true.
