I do not believe there is any public record of the transaction....With that being said the company did file an A/S increase back on May 9. According to the filing, the official amendment came into effect on April 24th.... Purely out of speculation this is when I feel the transaction began occurring....The 60-day waiting period everyone keeps talking about on here should be this Friday on next Monday.. Like I said though SPECULATION
