This is true and when I went into the Apple store to get an iPhone fixed they required me to use two-factor OOB to login to my account. Since they are not paying customers of SFOR, they must be infringing on SFOR's patent. Looks like they will be added to the nearly 4 dozen other infringers for possible lawsuit.
