Yup, saw almost that exact same news two and three years ago. Same game, different players (at least to the naked eye). So can anyone say, 'Rinse & Repeat'?
After what they pulled on myself and others, several years back, it would now have taken .051 for me and a friend to recoup our investment. Yes, investment! Because isn't that what jokes like this promote themselves as (before they rob us?), and not the P&D schemes that they are? As witnessed by the arrival of certain players here 2-3 or 4mos ago.;-)
But in my estimation, even .051 is now a pipe dream, given a once again bloated o/s. Which stood @ almost 1bil 3mos ago, and which I fully expect will be almost, if not already, totally maxed out soon. Because, if any noticed, these a-Holes are $3mil in dept and have over 16mil preferred shares out, which are usually issued with at least a 10-1 rate of return. If so, that's at least another 160mil shares.
In any event, if maxed (which I'd bet on), I figure there's a 1-200 r/s in this turd's future. Which would bring the o/s back down to 10mil, and on a par with the last time they pulled this crap. Which means I would have to get $10.666 (notice the very appropriate 6s for this POS!(lol)) for the 750 shares we'd have left. What a joke!
Anyway, sorry if any or all, think I'm just trying to piss on y'alls parade, because nothing could be further from the truth. But folks such as myself have paid and earned their right to say their piece. And hopefully along the way save at least one other person from going down with the ship. So whomever bought at 1-3, I'd advise them to not look for more than trip 9s (at very best) before that r/s becomes a reality.
