The intent was to have as many bought back as possible, this is what I've extrapolated from Tom's remarks over the past few months all IMO. If this is a note conversion, it may be the last that did not get bought out.
Hopefully. He needs to put a floor under them. They bring it down quick for a lower conversion price to sell into news. It stops all momentum. They will make several times what the CD's are worth, its all money that should be driving the price upwards.
