Any dilution is coming from old notes from past management. Tom has been buying out note holders to prevent further dilution. With all the contracts being signed and money rolling in, shares will be bought back and retired. Dilution was much worse a few months ago and is nearing an end. Hold tight, the big gains are right around the corner.
