If the right announcement happens, then yes ABCE will run, and definitely has the ability to run fast.

Hell, currently since the AS is 50 million, and OS is 48 million, the OS is pretty much maxed out, so any group could come along and easily run this thing. Tiny float is guaranteed until at least August.
