I don't understand this at all. The DD he did was good. How did you "verify" that the information he gave was wrong? What he posted was the TRUTH. The TA is telling people the OS is 2 billion.
If you had found out the TA was telling people the OS was 2 billion would you not have told anyone?
You sold because you KNOW real information when you see it and it wasn't just one person that verified OS numbers. If the stock wouldn't have bounced you would be thanking him. But your upset right now because you just saw a stock that was falling on good DD bounce for a reason you don't know why. If PGPM crashes today, it's only YOU that is to blame because you just bought back into a stock based on no real DD at all (as did I).
If you're not a newb and don't usually follow info on boards why didn't you simply call or email the transfer agent yourself on Friday like several did.
It's one thing for PGPM mgmt. to remain adamant that they supposedly have issued no shares...but when IR starts telling people the O/S is around 1.6B shares and the transfer agent is reporting the O/S is 2B shares...yet the last official reported PGPM O/S is 1.15B shares on OTC Markets as of April 27th that's called a discrepancy which only PGPM mgmt. can adequately and properly explain.
So far since Friday PGPM mgmt. and IR have done a very poor job of explaining how/why PGPM's O/S is now 2B...which is disappointing considering they had all weekend to do so.
